PASSES:
Class
passes are sold in groups of 25 classes for $125 ($5 per class). They
expire 6 months from the issue date.
You
can use the class pass for any of the classes we offer.

Circuit Classes are
45 minutes. Monthly registration only. No walk-ins.

Class runs

Zumba!
If
you like to dance, sweat, laugh and shake your bon-bon, this is the class
for you. Unless you’ve been under a rock for the past couple
of years, you know that Zumba is the latest latin-style fitness craze
to hit the fitness industry! Come get crazy-fit with us!! Bring
a friend and let’s call it a party!
Bootcamp
Cardio,
Strength, Agility all rolled into one fun hour of fitness! Exercises
are modified according to individual’s fitness level, abilities
and limitations.
Aerobic
Dance Party
Aerobic
dance combinations done continuously for approximately 30 minutes! It’s
aerobic and it’s fun! Just what your heart and lungs need – a
little push. It’s like a wedding reception with a little
more “umph” and no cookies!
Gentle
Yoga
This
is a Hatha yoga class for the new student, or someone recovering from
an illness or injury. It is a slow, thoughtful introduction into yoga.
You should be able to get up and down from the floor, using a chair if
necessary. Yoga blocks and stretch straps are available. Mats
are limited. You might want to bring your own mat for sanitary
purposes.

Tap
Put
on your tap shoes or loudest sneakers! We are going to make some sounds
with your feet you never thought possible, and your legs and butt are
going to go on a wild rhythmic ride!
Camp
Doug
It
is ten stations; each is something different from push ups to squats
and lunges to full body exercises like the Turkish get up and to cardio
stations like a step. You will get 30 to 45 seconds at each station
and then move on. The variety of combinations is endless because Doug’s
creativity makes the likes of Mozart and Picasso look like a bunch of
slackers. You will always be doing at something different - be
it in a different order or a completely new exercise.

Bootcamp w/ John
Using
just about every type of round form of resistance or stability tool,
find out how effective these toy-like devices can be on your entire body!
Kids’ Circuit
A
class designed for kids with the two main priorities being safety and
fun! 30-45 second intervals of various activities that include;
rebounder, hopping balls, ring runs, hurdles, kick bag, hula hoops, slide
board, slalom poles, BOSUs, agility ladder, balance domes, jump ropes,
parachute, tunnel shuttles and more! All of these drills are designed
to increase your child’s speed, balance, strength, agility and
flexibility in a non-competitive class. It’ll get your little
couch potato moving and having fun. Or, it’ll suck up some
of the energy in the kids who have ants in their pants!

Aerobic Combinations with modifications made for the pregnant exerciser,
strength training w/ resistance bands and light weights, abdominal breathing
exercises, Kegal exercises and relaxing towel stretches. Class
conforms with ACOG Guidelines Participants
MUST obtain physician’s written approval to attend
Zumba
Gold
Zumba (latin dance aerobics)
is the latest craze to hit the fitness industry! Zumba Gold is the
low-impact, slower moving and slower progressing version. If you
feel like you aren’t super coordinated, but like to dance, sweat,
laugh and shake your bon-bon, this is the class for you. This lunch-time
class is 45 minutes long.
